This inquiry examines the structure of knowledge nationalism. While numerous studies on nationalism focus nature and defining elements nations, this research explores discourse from a purely epistemological viewpoint asks two overarching questions: what are constitutive beliefs in these various theories how they structured? The first section outlines contemporary foundationalist argument analyzes widely accepted theory knowledge. study finds that linear constraints approach, resting existence non-inferentially justified beliefs, provide weak framework for understanding structures No single element alone can be deemed to sufficient basic belief is self-justified. second part utilizes coherence assess interconnected embedded Examining several which arguably adopt coherentism, particular shown more holistic approach. concludes very definition incorporates ideas about ideology, ethnic basis, shared culture history, as well unity autonomy imply befitting refocus away foundationalism towards coherentism.
